Home remodeling is all about taking a space in your home and renovating them. Just like you would treat yourself by eating that piece of cake you have been thinking about the whole week on your day off, treat your home to it's own little something and give it a lift. But why not give your home and yourself a lift as well? Turn your master bedroom into a spa like environment to make every day feel like you have rejuvenated yourself every time you step out of it.
Today, we present to you two examples of bathroom renovation done by the amazing workmanship from the construction team of Lucas Richard Design at Maple Sugar Lane in Richmond Hill. Enjoy and take inspiration from our work!
For the master bathroom, we chose a transitional look in gray and white tones giving it a clean spa-like feel to it.
As you step into this gorgeously remodeled bathroom for the first time, you will feel as your feet are no longer cold as Nu-Heat system heated floors that you can adjust with its touch screen thermostat has been installed. You will notice that the jacuzzi has been replaced by a tall and elegant free-standing tub. Something as small of a change as the type of tub in your bathroom can turn it from a once crowded and cramped room, to a more spacious and relaxing space for you to enjoy.
Your eyes will also be pulled down towards its Marble Basket Weave carpet inlay.
To give this bathroom a true spa vibe, we gave it an enclosed glass shower.
We installed 24x24" Mid Gray Polished porcelain tiles for the floor, while we used marble polished pebbles for the inside of the shower's floor.
Also using 12"x24" Barletta White porcelain tiles for its walls along with Rubinet Faucet Company's ICE shower hardware.
Step on these 8" wide Grey Wood Grain porcelain plank tiled floor and take a look to this bathroom's brand new design.
Grey tones are not just great to create a good spa look, but to also perfect in giving warmth to your bathroom, and that's what we did for this beautiful shared bathroom. This once bleak bathroom, it is now redesigned with a modern-contemporary style that is warmed up by plank tiles with a look of wood grain.
We created a sleek look by replacing the shower-tub combo with a clean glass walk-in shower in its place, using Richelieu "LOGO" Wall Mount Sliding System for the glass doors.
After removing the boring old vanity, we replaced it for a much more attractive and modern looking Vanico-Maronyx "Time Square" from their Disrinction Collection and 1" Hex Carrera Light porcelain for the wall's backsplash tiles.
As you can see, the difference between the before and after pictures of this gorgeous bathroom makeover in Sugar Maple Lane, Richmond Hill is amazing.
